Before ordering Pan’s products through our online shopping system provided, either customers or users hereby have to unconditionally understand and agree with terms and conditions. All products are legally owned by PAN. PAN reserves the right to modify or alter the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If you don’t agree with or accept the terms and conditions mentioned, you may not use the website. The domain name PAN-SPORTSWEAR. COM is legally owned by BANGKOK ATHLETIC COMPANY LIMITED.

1. Before purchasing, you have to determine what your proper size is, and please kindly measure shoe size following PAN size conversion chart provided, PAN's Shoe Sizes
2. You can make your payment via ATM, funds transfer, internet banking and Visa-Master Card through Payment Gateway of Bangkok Bank. By using a credit card to purchase products on the site, Payment Gateway of Bangkok Bank is one of the most highly reliable and trusted transaction systems in the world.
3. You need to subscribe for being an official member, and you could have special privileges, discounts, activities, news, new arrivals, etc. Once you have done, you will receive a link though your email address for verifying existence.
4. Anyway, if you order item(s) from the website but you don’t want to subscribe as the official member, you still have to provide your personal information for shipments, especially a shipping address, email and contact number.
5. For purchasing item(s) through the site, once your credit card has been debited and your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmed order from the site. When we have shipped item(s) by EMS service of Thailand post, we would send you a tracking number. Please kindly keep eyes on an email for any updates. You can also check the status of your item (s) purchased by Track & Trace provided,http://track.thailandpost.co.th/trackinternet/Default.aspx.
6. For your convenience and our management, we don’t receive an order through Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, telephone and E-mail. We only provide you information or suggestion concerning products only. Nevertheless, if you still want to purchase them, we would provide you a related link for purchasing.

Shipping & Delivery

            These services are available in Thailand only, and we would ship product(s) to you by EMS service of Thailand Post. The types of shipping and delivery are as follows:

1. Daily shipment Monday-Friday, 09:00am-03:00pm (except a public holiday).
2. If your payment done by ATM, i-Banking, funds transfer or a credit card, you will receive your product(s) within 2-5 business days.
3. No shipping on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays
4. Every order will be shipped by EMS service, which is the standard service provided, and customers are responsible for shipment expenses, 100 baht a pair of shoes.
5. We will respond you immediately when you have transferred money into a company’s bank account. Once we have shipped product(s) to you, we will inform you tracking number as well by either e-mail or on the site.

Returning and Exchanging Policies

Returning Policy 
Pan-sportswear.com has a NO RETURN policy and item cannot be refunded for any reason. Nevertheless, if you wish to exchange or replace for a new item, please seriously read and follow exchanging policy on the site.

Exchanging Policy
PAN is committed to your satisfaction, and we would like to see your pleasure in purchasing our products. Product quality is our first priority. We have methodically tested all products to be sure that they are of high standard and quality. Therefore, it is a rare occasion to find defective products.

For your convenience, please kindly pay attention on the exchanging policy as described below

1. You have to unconditionally understand and agree with the exchanging policy before buying.
2. We guarantee item(s) purchased from the site for 30 days as of a purchase date (invoice number). If the guarantee is outside of the period mentioned, and the item is worn, damaged or not in its original packaging, we cannot accept the exchanged item(s). Therefore, you need to read and follow the policy seriously.
3. If you buy a wrong size or color and wish to exchange it for a new one, you have to be responsible for all shipment, 150 baht a pair of shoes.  So, as Pan size conversion chart provided, you must always use or measure your feet to find your proper size before purchasing, PAN's Shoe Sizes
4. If we ship a wrong size, color or model, which is our mistake, we would be responsible for the matter, and replace new item(s) instead. Your return is free of charge.
5. We don’t exchange product(s) which is damaged abuse (by exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, etc.) including misuse direction and not in its original packaging for new one.
6. You cannot exchange item(s) for a new model. You only have the right to the exchange as the same model, size and color.
7. If it is not an original packaging, we have the right not to exchange product(s) for a new item.
8. You have to provide us your permanent address for shipment.
