Shipping & Delivery

            These services are available in Thailand only, and we would ship product(s) to you by EMS service of Thailand Post. The types of shipping and delivery are as follows:

1. Daily shipment Monday-Saturday, 09:00am-03:00pm (except a public holiday).
2. If your payment done by ATM, i-Banking, funds transfer or a credit card, you will receive your product(s) within 2-5 business days.
3. No shipping on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays
4. Every order will be shipped by EMS service, which is the standard service provided. If it is in promotion period, we will ship a product with no charge if a customer follows our condition as declared. 
5. We will respond you immediately when you have transferred money into a company’s bank account. Once we have shipped product(s) to you, we will inform you tracking number as well by either e-mail or on the site.
